What's included:

  • MARKETING SYSTEMS = the lifeblood of a healthcare practice is New Patients, without New Patient, you don't have a practice. You and your team will be trained on proven marketing systems that consistently generate New patients in today's economy.

  • FRONT DESK SYSTEMS = your marketing starts generating Leads which contact your office so how do you convert them into New Patients? You & your team will be trained on how on communication, appointment scheduling, phone scripts, how to enhance your customer experience, which will result in increased Lead-to-new patient conversions.

  • NEW PATIENT CONVERSION SYSTEMS = now the new patient is in your office, what do you do next? You'll be trained in how to conduct an Initial Exam, present a Rate of Response plan, effectively communicate TCM to your patients, which will increase the % of new patients that start treatments with you.

  • TREATMENT SYSTEMS = your new patient agrees to start treatments, now the ball is in your court, you have to produce the result. We will train you on how to produce phenomenal results with Acupuncture & Chinese Herbal medicine. If you lack the ability to generate 80% results on average for your patients, we will train you on our unique acupuncture technique called, Quick Relief Acupuncture (QRA), our pulse diagnosis technique called, Functional Pulse Diagnosis (FPD), and our proprietary herbal prescription system. We also offer training on additional services like: dietary consultations, lab reviews, re-examinations.

  • HEALTH CONDITION PROTOCOLS = our clinic specializes in treating Neurology, Ob/GYN, Chronic Pain conditions, and we get 80% results on average. We offer training in our specific protocols for our specialities and other conditions like hypertension, weight loss, diabetes, and thyroid imbalances.

  • RETENTION SYSTEMS = now that you are starting to help your patients progress toward their health goals, how do you retain them long enough for you to do your magic and provide the solution to your patients' health concerns? You will trained on how to provide a 5 star experience, communicate your treatment plan to your patients, and communicate the importance of your patients following your advise so that they can get the result that they desire.

  • PRACTICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS = now that your practice is starting to grow, the growth needs to be managed in order for it to continue to grow. You will be trained on how to monitor your progress via statistics, make decisions based on statistics, inventory systems to prevent over-spending, creating an office flow to maximize efficiency so that you either you don't have to treat 40 hours per week or you can actually treat more patients per hour. All of these systems will help increase your NET income.

  • HIRING SYSTEMS = now that your practice is generating momentum, you're gonna need some help otherwise you're gonna burn out. By hiring help you will actually free up your time to be able to help more people and be rewarded financially also. You will be trained on hiring system, which will prevent you from hiring the wrong person, which can cost you thousands of dollars.

  • TEAM TRAINING SYSTEMS = having the "right" team member makes all the difference, the wrong team member can cost you thousands, but the right team member can help you make thousands. You'll be trained on how to inspire your team members to want to see you succeed and not just show up for work.

You will encounter various challenges throughout this whole training process, and 90% of it will be mental blocks, and mindset struggles. Our team is here to provide you the tools on how to overcome these challenges and future challenges.

Tele-Coaching

  • PRACTICE ANALYSIS (1x/wk) = you will trained on how to manage via stats and be held accountable via stats

  • COACHING CALLS (GROUP, 1x/wk) = weekly coaching calls to answer questions you may have and also hear questions from other practitioners. (52x, 1-hour calls per year)

  • COACHING CALLS (one-on-one, 1x/mo) = These are like re-exams that we do for our patients. Each month we want to see progress, and we will mastermind 1x/month to make sure we are on track towards your goal. (12x 1-hour calls per year)

  • ROLE PLAYING (Front Desk Scripts, 1x/wk) = every week we will role play over scripts used in the front desk post, practice makes permanent. (52x, 30 min calls per year)

  • ROLE PLAYING (Acu Scripts, 1x/wk) = every week we will role play over scripts used in the Acupuncturist post to help you close care plans, and retain patients (52x, 30 min calls per year)

  • ACCESS (Acupuncturists) = you and your team will have unlimited access (via email, text, messaging) to our Top Acupuncturists to problem solve patient cases, care plan closing, and everything involved in the Acupuncturist Post.

  • ACCESS (Practice Management) = you and your team will have unlimited access (via email, text, messaging) to our Practice Management Specialist to problem solve any admin issues, employment issues, admin systems, and everything involved with managing a practice.

  • ACCESS (Marketing) = you and your team will have unlimited access (via email, text, messaging) to our Top Marketing Specialist to troubleshoot marketing strategies & ideas, and everything involved with the Marketing Post.

Live-Training

  • AIH CLINIC TRAINING = as a Training client you get unlimited hands on training in our clinics where we do live role-playing, you also get to see our systems in action, attend marketing events with us to see our team in action, attend our team meetings and see how we discuss stats, business, etc.

  • LIVE TRAINING SEMINARS = free tickets to all our live training seminars (dates to be determined)

  • ON-SITE CLINIC TRAINING = we will personally travel to your clinic, regardless of where you are in the world, and train you and your staff for 3 days
